ACI has worked on its sixth case this year being prosecuted due to fraud. The most recent is being prosecuted by the Department of Insurance Fraud Division, and Alias worked to obtain over 1 hour of video tape evidence of a claimant who stated an inability to work due to a recent back injury. Through meticulous surveillance, ACI provided evidence of the claimaint installing a new lawn at his home. Through his installation he was observed lifting over 100 pounds of sod into a wheel barrow from his truck, with absolutely no signs of disability or impairment.

ACI has been proudly recognized by the Department of Insurance Fraud unit for their recent work on a complicated case. In addition, ACI is currently working on a Worker's compensation case for the same department which is pending trial.

The Law Offices of Lenahan, Lee, Slater & Pearce filed felony Worker's Compensation Fraud & Perjury charges with the San Francisco D.A.'s office, following new evidence provided by ACI. ACI worked the entire investigation, leading to this trial, including the AOE/COE portion and the difficult surveillance. ACI's surveillance and records provided such compelling evidence that one of the largest insurance agencies requested copies to use for another case.
